After about a week, the tattoo will start to lose small colored skin, a bit like a sunburn. Once this process is complete, take your showers normally and continue to hydrate the tattoo once a day. The secret of a beautiful tattoo is a good hydration. The complette healing process is of about one month. It is normal to feel itchy during this period, even if the tattoo looks healed at the surface.

• Do not pull off that dry skin created on the tattoo. Wait until it detach itself.

• Do not submerge the tattoo in stagnant water ( bath, swimming pool, etc. ) for at least two weeks.

• The showers must be more warm than hot. End it by rinsing the area of the tattoo with cold water to correctly close the pores.

• DO NOT expose your tattoo to the sun ( or tanning ) for at least a month. Thereafter, it is always recommended to use a very good sunscreen to prevent the tattoo colours from fading.

• For the first month, always wear clean and loose clothing on the tattoo. New clothes may contain toxic dyes that can create complications when healing. Opt for white or worn clothes.

• In some rare cases and for different reasons, it is not impossible to develop a skin infection. If you are aware of the following symptoms : red or purple halo around the tattooed area ( inflammation ), persistent pain after more than 3 days, opaque or greenish discharge, abnormal thickening of scabies, abnormal buttons ( even if away from the tattooed area ) or fever, consult your tattoo artist immediately to get informed of the procedure. If you want to keep a beautiful tattoo for life , moisturize it at least once per day. You can also apply masks moisturizers occasionally to revive the color.

In case of problems or if you have any questions or concerns, consult your tattoo artist.
